Take I-20 (east or west) to Grand Prairie
Take the Carrier Parkway Exit and go South at the light (towards Albertson's)
Approx. 2 miles or so there will be a 4 way stop at Polo Road (just past YMCA)
Turn Right onto Polo Road. 
Go thru red light at Robinson Road and on to 4-way stop at Matthew Road
Turn left onto Matthew Road
Go five streets to Lewis Trail (next street past Wilderness Trail)
Right onto Lewis Trail
Quite a ways down (27 houses) is 2049 on left side of street
Look for landscaping lights and two Christmas balls hanging in front.
