Waiver and Release

I have read and completed all information requested and do hereby agree to comply with all rules, regulations and policies set forth now or in the future by the North Texas Skiers. I further agree that the North Texas Skiers will not be responsible for, or held liable for, personal injury, property loss or damage caused or incurred by me while participating in, traveling to or from this or any other activity or event sponsored or publicized by the North Texas Skiers , it's agents or officers. I agree to pay for any supplier, owner, or renter of vehicles, or equipment that is so damaged or devalued while in my care and custody, including any related costs, charges or attorney fees necessary to affix such payment.  I further agree that North Texas Skiers has the right to cancel any trip at any time due to conditions beyond it's control, including lack of participation.  Persons under the age of 19 must have written consent of their parents or legal guardian, who will accept all such responsibility. I am 19 years of age or older.
